Ali Azadbakht

Welcome to my page! I am a physicist with a strong interest in micron-sized objects and the instruments we use to study them. I completed my most recent research at the Leiden Institute of Physics (LION) under the supervision of Dr. Daniela Kraft, where I investigated the interactions of colloids on lipid membranes.

In the Dullens lab, I study the mechanical behaviour of food liquids, with a particular focus on milk products. I am visiting the group as a guest researcher from Wfront Principles B.V.
